Job summary

Metcash Trading Limited is seeking a Deals and Promotions Coordinator for a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract in Sydney. You will ensure pricing data accuracy for liquor product deals, liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and support promotions.

The role is based at the Huntingwood office, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Key duties include inputting data into core systems, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity across platforms,

Qualifications

• Proven data entry capability with accuracy and speed.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a professional setting.
• Ability to think critically and analyze data to identify issues.
• Experience in data/admin roles supporting pricing or catalogue work.
• High attention to detail to ensure data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable point of contact across internal ALM teams.
• Input deal and promotion information into core systems within timelines.
• Regularly review pricing data and generate accuracy reports.
• Rectify data inconsistencies to maintain system integrity.
• Address inquiries professionally and support issue resolution.
• Keep stakeholders informed on deal progress and challenges.
