Total Tools & Hardware Group, part of Metcash, is hiring a Master Data Assistant to maintain product and pricing records across systems. You will contribute to merchandising and retail support with a strong data-entry component and a pragmatic, questions-when-in-doubt approach.

This role involves hybrid work after a training period onsite, and a focus on accuracy, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data entry, pricing or product maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and data analysis.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain product and pricing information across multiple systems.
• Create new products and update existing records.
• Process pricing changes accurately and on time.
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
• Follow up with stakeholders when information looks incorrect.
• Respond to requests from a shared inbox and handle data tasks.
