Job summary

Asahi Beverages in Sydney is seeking a Promotional Account Executive to support delivery of promotional activity across key retail customers. You will work with the National Account team to manage planning, reporting and execution through Complexica, ensuring investments are tracked and campaigns delivered on time to drive commercial outcomes.

You will become a key expert for promotional systems and processes, helping the team maximise performance, build strong relationships with stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, sales support, category, revenue growth management or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working across multiple systems and reporting tools.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and keen to build a career in a fast-paced commercial environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of promotional activity across customer systems and internal platforms.
• Maintain promotional calendars, pricing, discounts and investment plans to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Support promotional governance processes, including investment tracking and promotional approvals.
• Analyse promotional performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Produce regular reports and commercial updates to support customer planning and decision making.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of promotional activity
