Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to ensure accurate governance of customer, product and wholesaler depletion data across systems. You will manage master data, support BI reporting, and help the business make data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates will have strong data governance experience, Excel expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple systems. A hybrid work setup is offered at the Barangaroo office in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience with master data management and data governance frameworks.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation techniques.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and insights.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer and product master data across MDM and Onespot.
• Process customer, product and hierarchy changes per governance standards.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and BI teams to support reporting.
• Maintain alignment between JD Edwards (E1) and MDM environments.
• Support customer banner management, project delivery, testing, and UAT.
