Job summary

HomeMade is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to deliver high-quality customer service across channels and support the onboarding of customers with our Service Partners. You will work closely with the Customer Support Team Leader and contribute to smooth operations within a hybrid environment.

We value empathetic, tech‑savvy professionals who can navigate Salesforce and Google Suite, with a collaborative approach to helping customers self-manage their services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles within healthcare or similar sectors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across channels.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and cloud-based communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive customer support across multiple channels.
• Onboard new customers and support ongoing engagement with Service Partners.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and shift notes in Salesforce.
• Assist with onboarding management and ad hoc duties as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement via workshops and team meetings.
• Meet individual and team KPIs and uphold high service standards.
