Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Support (CSS) staff member to be the first point of contact for our Support at home customers. You will handle day-to-day customer account administration and liaise on care plans, processing progress notes, purchase orders and service requests.

The role requires strong phone-based customer service experience, with aged care exposure preferred. Hybrid work from Bendigo Hub is offered, and salary packaging options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar, phone-based role with high volume of incoming calls and experience in problem solving.
• Experience in Aged Care sector will be highly regarded.
• Qualification in Office Admin /Support or qualified by relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to our Support at home package customers & ‘private fee-for-service customers’
• Liaise with Baptistcare customers daily to provide admin support for customer ‘care plans’
• Daily administration: completing customer progress notes, Completing Purchase Orders and Service Requests, liaising with external suppliers to arrange quotes and confirm delivery of goods purchased.
