BaptistCare is seeking a Customer Service Support professional in Bendigo to handle phone and email inquiries for our Support at home customers. You will manage care plan admin, progress notes, PO creation, and supplier coordination in a hybrid work setting.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a busy, phone-based role, with preference for aged care sector experience and relevant office administration qualifications. Salary packaging and flexible work options are part of the package.
Our Customer Service Support (CSS) staff are the first point of contact (for Baptistcare’s Support at home package customers. The Customer Service Support staff carry out a range of day-to-day customer account administration tasks.
