Job summary

Ark Energy Corporation in Australia seeks a Contracts Administrator to support delivery of major renewable energy projects. You will administer EPC contracts across our portfolio, manage contractual obligations, change control and commercial risk in collaboration with project teams.

The role requires a detailed, commercially minded professional with experience in contract administration within construction or energy sectors. Hybrid working arrangements and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration within construction, infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Understanding of notices, variations, extension of time (EOT) claims and contract administration processes.
• Knowledge of EPC or design-and-construct contract forms.
• Strong analytical and commercial assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with renewable energy projects is a plus.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer EPC and project contracts, ensuring obligations, deliverables and milestones are met.
• Support variation and change management, including amendments and entitlement assessments.
• Assist with contractual notices, EOT claims and delay-related matters.
• Maintain accurate contractual records to support claims, dispute resolution and commercial decisions.
• Monitor project contractual risks and identify emerging issues affecting outcomes.
• Support administration of subcontractor and supplier agreements and related claims.
• Prepare commercial reports on claims, variations, risks and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on negotiations and dispute resolution activities.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality contractual obligations are understood and managed.
