Qualifications

• 5+ years in AECO industry in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk design and construction software.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud platforms and technical pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery conversations to understand business and technical needs.
• Translate customer needs into solution hypotheses, technical requirements, and next steps.
• Manage end-to-end technical evaluation lifecycle from qualification through post-sales handover.
• Support pilots and proof-of-value engagements with defined success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and R&D to align on customer outcomes.
