Job summary

IPF Digital Australia is seeking a Collections Operations Specialist to support day-to-day collections management across the customer lifecycle, from pre-reminder to external collections, with the Australian function coordinated with Mexico.

You will ensure compliance, monitor KPIs, manage outsourcing partners, and contribute to new collections initiatives. The role offers a true hybrid working model and a focus on balance, development, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Collections experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NCCP, Privacy Act and related guidelines.
• Self-motivated and commercially minded.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day collections operations across the customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate debt sale activities and recall processes.
• Manage external collection agencies and SLAs.
• Support training, onboarding and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to projects and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve customer escalations.
