Job summary

IPF Digital Australia is seeking a Collections Operations Specialist to support day-to-day management of collections processes across the customer lifecycle, including pre-reminder, reminder, and external collections. The role collaborates with the team in Mexico to ensure compliance and operational excellence, while coordinating with outsourced agencies and supporting debt sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year in collections, strong negotiation and analytical skills,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Collections experience.
• Understanding of collections and local legislation.
• Awareness of Bankruptcy Act; NCCP and privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily execution of collections processes from pre-Reminder through external Collections.
• Perform daily operational controls to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate debt sale activities and reconciliations.
• Manage relationships with external collection agencies and monitor performance.
• Support training and documentation for collections processes.
• Assist in compliance, governance, and audits.
