Job summary

IPF Digital Australia is recruiting a Collections Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day management of the collections lifecycle, from pre-reminder to external collections. You will coordinate with the AU team and Mexico-based leadership, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will monitor dialer/CRM activity, manage outsourced agencies, and assist with debt sale processes while supporting audits and process improvements. This role is hybrid within Australia.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Collections Experience.
• Understanding of collections and local legislation.
• Awareness of relevant acts and codes (e.g., NCCP, Privacy Act).
• Strong negotiation and customer-conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily collections processes across pre-reminder to external collections.
• Coordinate debt sale activities and recall processes where required.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and validate invoices.
• Support complaints, escalations and quality training initiatives.
• Participate in projects and documentation of operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SLA and internal policies.
