Job summary

Aware Super in Australia is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the delivery and adoption of strategic, regulatory, technology, process and operating model change across our Member Growth and Member Engagement, Education and Advice portfolios. Hybrid role in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering change, including leading small projects or streams within larger projects.
• Experience delivering change management activities across projects, programs or complex initiatives.
• Successfully implemented strategic change initiatives and drove adoption.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, frameworks and tools.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing readiness plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messages.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and training.

Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the successful delivery and adoption of strategic, regulatory, technology, process and operating model change across our Member Growth and Member Engagement, Education and Advice portfolios.

In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, business teams and delivery squads to identify people impacts, assess business readiness and develop practical change strategies. You will play an important role in ensuring change is effectively communicated, adopted and embedded, delivering positive outcomes for our people and members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives and timelines.
• Conduct thorough change impact assessments for each initiative, focusing on both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, risks, challenges and appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare employees and teams for upcoming changes.
• Assess business readiness, identify potential resistance and develop plans to support a successful transition.
• Coach and support leaders to effectively communicate, lead and embed change within their teams.
• Implement adoption strategies and monitor engagement following implementation to support sustainable change.
• Support a strong culture of risk awareness, accountability and compliance throughout the delivery of change.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing change, communication, engagement and readiness plans.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions or other change interventions.
