National Heavy Vehicle Regulator – Brisbane QLD is seeking an experienced Program Change Lead with 8+ years’ experience to lead organisational and technology change across key programs, including the Compliance & Enforcement Transformation Program. Based at Newstead, you will develop and deliver effective change, communication and engagement strategies for executive audiences and senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading organisational and technology change for programs.
• 8–10 years’ experience in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience in change management within complex programs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured change management frameworks for assigned programs.
• Develop strategies to drive organisation-wide adoption of changes.
• Prepare the business for new capability and embedding change.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and interfaces between projects.
• Coach senior stakeholders to drive change adoption and alignment.
