Job summary

Meta Recruitment in Melbourne's west is seeking a Change Lead for a large, multi-year technology program. You will ensure business readiness before go-lives and sustain adoption across finance, identity and access management, cloud landing zone, and telephony initiatives.

You will partner with project owners, shape the change approach, lead a team, coach senior leaders and manage stakeholder engagement to deliver on time in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ICT change management within complex environments.
• Experience leading change for large technology projects (agile and waterfall).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to chair meetings.

Responsibilities

• Shape change approaches for each initiative and manage a portfolio view across them.
• Assess readiness and lead training, engagement and communication to achieve required commitment.
• Track readiness, adoption and productivity; report to decision-makers.
