Job summary

NHVR, based in Newstead, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Program Change Lead with 8+ years to drive organisational and technology change across major programs, including the Compliance & Enforcement Transformation Program. You’ll join the Program Leadership Team to deliver change that enables outcomes and lasting benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of change management experience in medium to large organisations.
• Experience leading organisational and technology change across programs and projects.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and executives and deliver change plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured change management methodologies and tailor approaches for assigned programs.
• Develop and implement organisation-wide adoption and proficiency strategies.
• Manage dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications across projects.
• Coach senior stakeholders to drive change adoption and alignment.
• Integrate change activities into program management planning and execution.
