Job summary

ClearView Wealth, now part of Zurich, is hiring a Call Centre Consultant in Sydney to join its hybrid team. You’ll be the first point of contact for advisers and clients, handling calls and emails with a focus on service quality.

Full training is provided, with in-office time in the first 8 weeks and a 3-on/2-off hybrid pattern thereafter. You’ll contribute to a high-performing, client-centric culture within a global network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a customer service role across retail, hospitality or corporate environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks; proactive learner.

Responsibilities

• Primary Contact: Manage adviser and client calls and emails directed to ClearView.
• Become an Expert: develop in-depth knowledge of Life products and procedures.
• Collaborate: work with internal teams to promote a client-focused approach.
• Deliver Results: partner with Operations to ensure accurate and timely outcomes for clients.
• Ensure Compliance: uphold legal standards and address gaps with proactive solutions.
