Job summary

Viridian Financial Group in Sydney CBD is seeking a Client Services Manager to support our Financial Advisor team. You will manage day-to-day client liaison, administer the client advice process in XPlan, and prepare Review Packs and Plan Presentations.

The role involves coordinating with Advisors and other CSMs in a POD setup, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service while embracing flexible work options and our inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar role within financial services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; XPlan experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors and other CSMs to deliver exceptional client service.
• Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to implementation, including documentation in XPlan and preparation of advice documents & forms.
• Support regulatory obligations including management of Fixed Term Service Agreements, review meetings and compliance requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for client communications in the absence of the Advisor.
