Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Benefits Management Specialist to support a large-scale transformation in Australia.

You will lead benefits realization, risk tracking, and governance across cross-functional teams within a SAFe delivery environment. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders, develop governance artefacts, and deliver executive reporting to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in benefits management, risk management or program governance within large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of program and project management principles, including benefits realisation, risk mitigation and dependency management.
• Experience developing benefits frameworks, management plans, registers and executive governance reporting.
• Proven ability to analyse complex information, identify emerging risks and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program benefits frameworks, risk and issue registers, dependency registers and governance documentation.
• Lead benefits identification, measurement, reporting and realisation tracking across a large-scale transformation program.
• Identify, assess and monitor program risks, issues and dependencies, recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and governance updates to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops with program leaders, delivery teams and stakeholders to identify and manage emerging risks and opportunities.
• Integrate benefits, risks and dependencies into program planning, business cases, delivery roadmaps and assurance activities.
• Support the alignment of benefits management practices with scaled agile delivery methodologies.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and support the timely escalation and resolution of complex issues.
• Monitor agreed actions and risk treatments to ensure accountability and timely resolution.
• Coach and mentor program teams to strengthen governance, risk management and benefits realisation practices.
