Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd in New South Wales is seeking a Benefits Management & Risk Specialist to support the FAD Reform Program. You will establish fit-for-purpose frameworks, registers and reporting to enable informed decision‑making and strong governance.

Working with FAD leadership and stakeholders, you will lead workshops, monitor actions, identify interdependencies, and ensure benefits realisation aligns with program objectives and scaled agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience managing benefits, risks, issues and dependencies in large transformations or Tier 1 programs.
• Ability to develop and maintain benefits frameworks, benefit profiles and governance reporting.
• Strong understanding of program and project management principles and integration with planning and delivery.
• Experience facilitating workshops with accountable owners and delivery teams.
• Ability to analyse complex information and provide evidence-based advice to senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Must have an Active AGSVA Baseline clearance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the FAD Reform Program's benefits, risk, issues and dependencies frameworks, plans, registers and artefacts.
• Lead program-level benefits management including identification, profiling, ownership, measurement and realisation tracking.
• Review program risks and support identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring and escalation of risks.
• Establish and maintain processes for identifying, recording, managing, escalating and closing program issues.
• Monitor, analyse and report on risks, issues and dependencies and escalate concerns.
• Facilitate benefits, risk, issues and dependencies workshops with owners and delivery teams.
• Uplift benefits reporting capability to meet internal and external requirements.
