Job summary

Fever is seeking an Account Development Associate to drive the corporate ticketing sales pipeline and close group-ticket opportunities. You will qualify inbound interest, craft targeted outbound strategies, and manage the full sales cycle to revenue, while refining commercial methodologies that scale with Fever for Business.

The role blends strategic outreach with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university or business school.
Proven experience in B2B Sales, ideally in sales development or business development.
Experience in media or events is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ corporate ticketing offering.
Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception.
Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement and conversion.
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets.
Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales to align campaigns and enhance impact.
Track and report KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, revenue) and iterate based on data.
