Job summary

Allied Credit Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Sydney's Macquarie Park with a 12-month contract. You will handle inbound calls across products and brands, respond to client and dealer inquiries, and work with internal teams to manage both consumer and commercial customers.

This Sydney-based role will move to a hybrid setup over time. The role operates 8:30–5:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a contact centre handling multiple inquiries.
• Experience with auto-dialler systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
• Well-developed emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle 30–50 inbound calls per day, delivering exceptional service to customers and lending partners.
• Respond to written correspondence from clients or dealer network.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage consumer and commercial customers.
• Take ownership of complex matters and participate in change initiatives.
• Support other areas of the Operations team as needed.
