Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Delivery Practice Analyst (Atlassian) to shape how teams use enterprise Atlassian platforms to plan, manage and deliver work. You will triage requests, manage backlogs and translate business needs into practical platform solutions, with hands-on Jira and Confluence configuration and a drive to automate using AI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administration across Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• Experience configuring workflows, permissions, schemes, and automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and triage platform requests; manage priorities as a key contact for teams.
• Configure and administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery and Confluence.
