FS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional paraplanner to support one of our wealth management advisers in Melbourne CBD, offering high-touch, fee-for-service financial planning.

You will conduct joint client meetings, build wealth strategies, document SOA/ROA requests, and prepare pre-meeting notes. The role includes annual portfolio reviews and attendance at Investment Committee meetings, with a hybrid work option post probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional financial planning environment.
• High-touch client service with strong communication and organisation.
• Ability to document and present financial strategies clearly.

Responsabilités

• Join client meetings with directors and consultants to support wealth management clients.
• Develop client wealth strategies including superannuation and insurance.
• Complete fact-finding, client goals, and prioritise recommendations.
• Document strategies via SOA or ROA and assist with SOA presentations.
• Handle pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting notes for clients.
• Conduct annual portfolio reviews and participate in Investment Committee meetings.
