Job summary
eHealth NSW is seeking an Associate Engineer to support, troubleshoot and improve digital products and platforms, working with experienced engineers in a hybrid setup across Chatswood, St Leonards or Charlestown.
You will gain hands-on experience across service operations and Agile delivery, contributing to development, testing and deployment activities while helping deliver reliable services for customers.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, PowerShell scripting, automation and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills in large or highly governed environments.
Responsibilities
- Keep Microsoft 365 collaboration services running smoothly by troubleshooting incidents, requests and issues across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
- Build and share knowledge by documenting solutions and creating Knowledge Base articles.
- Participate in Agile and DevOps ways of working, contributing to stories, tasks, and deployment activities.
- Investigate technical challenges and support improvements that strengthen service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and delivery teams to solve problems and manage risks.
