Job summary

Allied Credit is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Technology Solutions division. The role focuses on ensuring stability, functionality and performance of applications, gathering requirements, and delivering effective IT solutions for asset finance initiatives.

You will engage with stakeholders, document needs, and support change management and on-call incident resolution. Responsibilities include modelling business processes, leading workshops, and developing functional specs for IT

Qualifications

• Masters in Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in asset finance is essential.
• Familiarity with software development teams and change management.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process optimization skills.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth IT optimisation analysis within Asset Finance.
• Model and optimise business processes for efficiency.
• Gather, document and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, process maps and functional specs for IT projects.
• Lead workshops to define project scope and objectives.
• Provide on-call support and resolve incidents with SLAs.
