Job summary

Holocentric is seeking a Product Manager to own Decision Intelligence, a strategic and operational role in a fast-moving, client-focused environment in Australia. You will shape the roadmap, write clear requirements, and work across architecture, engineering and QA to deliver features that matter to regulated clients.

You will engage directly with clients, prioritise with impact, and drive MVP delivery while balancing user value, commercial value and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Must understand client and market problems to guide product decisions.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and manage priorities with them directly.
• Lead and influence from an informal leadership position to shape outcomes.
• Weigh user value, commercial value and technical considerations and explain the basis for decisions.
• Understand technical and architectural constraints to inform product choices.
• Apply an AI-first approach to prototype, requirements and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define features and write product requirements for the mob to build with minimal clarification.
• Establish and maintain the product backlog and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with the mob to scope, plan and deliver features end-to-end.
• Use prototyping tools to elaborate and communicate requirements.
• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Decision Intelligence.
• Engage with clients to understand problems and market needs.
