Job summary

Bodycare Workplace Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients across industries, supporting both national and regional accounts. The role blends home and office work with on-site client visits, including interstate travel.

You’ll collaborate with Operations and Clinical Leadership to ensure high-quality client experiences and growth opportunities. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage account plans, and contribute to retention and service

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, client services or a similar relationship-focused role.
• Confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to analyse information and identify opportunities for improvement.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your work.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
• Experience in health & wellbeing, allied health or service-based industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with WHS leaders, operational managers and key stakeholders.
• Support client retention through proactive relationship management and regular communication.
• Facilitate quarterly reviews and client check-ins to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Develop account plans to track client priorities, risks and opportunities.
• Assist with contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Conduct regular site visits across your portfolio, including some national travel.
• Work closely with onsite clinicians to understand service delivery, client feedback and emerging issues.
• Review performance data and trends and share practical insights with clients.
