Job summary

Gladstone Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning in Gladstone, QLD, is seeking an enthusiastic Air-conditioning Wholesaler Sales Representative for a full-time internal and external sales role. You will manage relationships with trade customers, contractors and businesses while driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional service.

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide product knowledge, and present quotations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within refrigeration, air-conditioning, HVAC or related wholesale/trade industry.
• Training will be provided if you have strong sales fundamentals.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for external visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, contractors and trade clients.
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and pursuing leads both inside and outside the office.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers for air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and pricing information professionally.
• Process orders, manage administration and ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and scope of work.
