CoreTemp Australia is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician with broad commercial and industrial service experience across maintenance, breakdowns and diagnostics. You’ll work on Centra Plant Equipment, VRV/VRF, ducted systems and ventilation across Victoria, delivering reliable service with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Qualified HVAC Technician with broad commercial/industrial service experience.

About the Role

CoreTemp Australia is looking for a qualified HVAC Technician with broad experience across commercial and industrial service, maintenance, breakdowns and diagnostics.

You'll work across a variety of commercial HVAC systems throughout Victoria, including Centra Plant Equipment, VRV/VRF, ducted systems, package units, ventilation and other mechanical services.

Your Responsibilities & Skills

• Commissioning of HVAC services, including VRV/VRF systems and other plant equipment


• Service and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems


• Breakdown diagnosis, fault finding and repairs


• Preventative maintenance of all types equipment


• Experience with a range of commercial HVAC equipment and systems


• Supervision and training of apprentices


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to complete service reports and paperwork accurately and on time


• Daikin system and controls experience desirable, with further training provided to the successful candidate


• Knowledge of Full Function Fire Testing (FFFT) and associated mechanical services


• Ability to work independently while also being part of a professional team


• SimPRO experience desirable

• Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (D License)
