The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in industrial maintenance and precision in troubleshooting, supporting Wood’s operations in the Brisbane region and across Australia.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician with experience in heavy industrial facilities or refineries.
• Must be an Australian citizen or hold the necessary permit/VISA for the region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems in plants and buildings according to equipment strategies and manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
• Contribute to a team focused on safe, efficient operation of energy systems.

Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Technician to ensure the HVAC systems are maintained at the Ampol Refinery, in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the HVAC systems in plant and associated buildings are maintained in line with equipment strategies and manufacturers’ recommendations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Technician with proven record in equipment maintenance preferably in heavy industrial facilities or refinery, troubleshooting and repair, and great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
