Daikin Australia is seeking a Technical Sales Support Officer to join the Applied Solutions Sales team in Melbourne, Bayswater VIC. You will assist Account Managers and the Sales Manager with product selection, tender estimates, and packaging of solutions.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree or HVAC trade qualification, with ability to interpret technical plans and tender specifications. Independent and collaborative work is essential, along with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email or web.
• Maintain Daikin applied catalogues and literature for Account Managers/customers.
• Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and assist with quality/code compliance of applied products.
• Prepare order packages and liaise with suppliers/factories on changes and delivery dates.
