Job summary

Daikin Australia is seeking a Technical Sales Support Officer to assist our Applied Solutions Sales team in Melbourne. You will support Account Managers with product selection, tenders, and quotations, while handling customer inquiries and coordinating with factories.

You will contribute to the catalog maintenance, accuracy of documents, and timely delivery of information, while building strong client relationships and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Engineerin- or HVAC-related qualification required as stated in the role description.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical plans and tender specifications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely answers to customer queries by phone, email, or website.
• Maintain Daikin applied catalogues and literature for Account Managers and customers.
• Foster and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and assist with quality/code compliance of applied products.
• Assemble order packages for suppliers and overseas factories; liaise on changes and delivery details.
