You will provide technical guidance, oversee overflow service and maintenance work, quote repairs, liaise with clients, and build strong, long-term relationships while supporting training and career development

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate service reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Set the standard as a senior technician and team leader.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of technicians across Sydney, working primarily within commercial high-rise buildings, retail environments, and other commercial facilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

• Provide technical support and guidance to your team
• Assist with overflow service and maintenance work
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC&R system issues
• Assist with growth and new client targets and opportunities
• Quote jobs and identify opportunities supporting your team
• Liaise directly with clients, ensuring high levels of service
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
