You will provide technical guidance, oversee overflow service and maintenance work, quote repairs, liaise with clients, and build strong, long-term relationships while supporting training and career development

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC&R technical expertise with Commercial High-Rise Buildings.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support technicians.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.
• Customer-first mindset is essential.
• Relevant trade qualifications and licences, including a valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a team of technicians in daily operations.
• Perform HVAC&R maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Quote repairs and replacement works.
• Provide technical support to clients and team members.
• Prepare detailed and accurate service reports.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Set the standard as a senior technician and team leader.
