Job summary

Tailored Heating & Cooling Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service and maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial sites in Croydon South VIC. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with Australian standards and safety requirements.

The role requires ARCtick refrigerant handling licence, a current driver’s licence and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance.
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence and relevant refrigerant handling authorisation.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver’s licence.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintenance and fault diagnosis of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems across a range of residential and/or commercial projects and sites.

Key responsibilities

Service and maintain HVAC and air conditioning systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.

Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks.

Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian standards, safety requirements and industry regulations.

Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Complete service reports, job documentation and maintenance records.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

About you

Experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance.

Current Australian Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick) and relevant refrigerant handling authorisation.
