Job summary

Air Control Australia is seeking a skilled HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician to service, maintain and repair commercial and industrial systems across Melbourne. You will diagnose faults, perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with all licences and accreditation requirements.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues, delivering high-quality service while upholding safety standards and contributing to the company’s growth in Victoria's commercial HVAC

Qualifications

• Must have experience in commercial heating and air conditioning
• Must be able to diagnose faults and perform repairs
• Strong communication with customers and suppliers
• Uphold licences and accreditation requirements
• Be driven and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of HVAC & refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial properties
• Diagnose faults and fault-find to high standards
• Maintain excellent customer, supplier and colleague relationships
• Ensure all required licences and accreditations are up to date and compliant

Job description

HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technicians are responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioningand refrigeration systems incommercial & industrialproperties serviced by Air Control.

As a critical part of the core operations to the business, the Service Technician duties involve direct communication with customers, suppliers and the general community. This responsibility requires the Service Technician to uphold good working relationships with fellow colleagues, customers and suppliers while also staying focused on the technical aspect of the role needed to successfully diagnose,fault-find, maintain and repair equipment diligentlyto a high standard and retain all necessary licences and accreditation's to ensure that all legal and third party obligations are upheld.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates with experience in the commercial heating and air conditioning field.HVAC breakdown service and repairsskills also a requirement.

Candidates must be well presented with good PR skills, self motivated, driven & ready to learn new ways of working, taking on new challenges & working towards goals.

Must haves;

• Legally approved to work in Victoria
• Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (D permit)
• Valid Red/White Safety Induction Card
• Police Check
• Valid Working With Childrens Card
• Great team environment
