You will oversee service, maintenance, and project delivery while driving profitability and client relationships.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services or building services.
Experience managing multiple divisions and operational teams.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

Lead overall HVAC and mechanical services operations across multiple states.
Develop plans to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
Oversee project delivery, service and maintenance operations.
Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow and margins.
Drive business development and secure new projects and contracts.
Mentor senior managers and ensure KPI tracking.
Ensure WHS compliance and safety standards.
Recruit and allocate workforce to support growth.
