New Venture Recruitment is seeking an HVAC Construction Manager in Melbourne to move from project management into construction leadership. You will oversee a portfolio of commercial HVAC projects valued between $5M and $15M, mentoring a team of four Project Managers and ensuring high-quality delivery for a Tier I contractor.

You will build strong relationships with builders and clients, manage budgets and timelines, and drive growth across healthcare, commercial and data centre sectors.

Qualificações

• Experienced HVAC construction professional delivering complex mechanical packages.
• Experience leading multiple PMs in a Tier I construction environment.
• Strong financial management, contractual awareness and programme control.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery and commercial performance of HVAC projects valued between $5M–$15M.
• Lead and develop a team of four Project Managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with builders, clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, variations, procurement and resources.
• Collaborate with in-house engineering, drafting and site teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive consistency in PM processes, reporting and standards.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the construction team and business.
