CGC Recruitment in Sydney seeks an experienced HVAC Estimator to tender competitive, detailed cost submissions for major commercial mechanical projects across healthcare, data centres, retail and industrial facilities.

You will collaborate with design, project management and construction teams, review drawings, source pricing, and support value engineering while maintaining pricing records and documentation for audits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC estimating.
• Proven track record on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects.
• Experience across hospitals, data centres, retail and industrial facilities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment and installation methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Trade background or tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering/building services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for HVAC projects.
• Review tender docs, specs and drawings to identify scope.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and manufacturers for pricing.
• Conduct site visits and assessments as required.
• Participate in tender reviews, handovers and value engineering.
• Support estimating team with technical and commercial insights.
• Maintain records and databases of pricing, materials and labour costs.
