Earn while you learn. Build a career with one of Australia's leading HVAC service providers. Are you ready to start a hands‑on career in a skilled trade?
At Precise Air, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Service Apprentices. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians, gain practical experience across a wide range of commercial sites, and complete a nationally recognised qualification while earning a full‑time wage. If you're reliable, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a long‑term career rather than just a job, we'd love to hear from you.
As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you'll work with experienced technicians to learn every aspect of commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing support to help you become a qualified HVAC Service Technician.
We're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn.
When you join Precise Air, you'll receive the support and training needed to build a successful career.
At Precise, we create safer, smarter, and more sustainable environments and it all starts with our people.
We've been recognised as a Great Place to Work® for the past three years, with a culture built on trust, support, and real career opportunities.

This means stable work, diverse projects, and real career pathways, not just another job.
You may be required to complete audiometric testing within your first 3 months to establish a baseline (fully covered by the company). This does not impact hiring decisions or employment terms.
Join a business where your growth matters as much as the systems you work on.
