Precise Air Group is offering a full-time paid apprenticeship in Perth for an HVAC Service Apprentice. You’ll learn to service and maintain commercial HVAC systems under experienced technicians, with structured training, mentoring, and clear career progression.

Training includes safety, tools, and equipment, with a path toward becoming a qualified HVAC Service Technician. Ideal candidates have a Certificate II in Electrotechnology (or similar) and a genuine interest in mechanical/technical work.

Formación

• Certificate II in Electrotechnology or similar qualification required.
• Interest in mechanical or technical work and good manual skills.
• Willingness to learn and progress in HVAC servicing.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior technicians in learning commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
• Help with fault finding, repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Work across various commercial buildings and sites within the region.
• Learn to use industry-standard tools and safety practices.

What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you'll work with experienced technicians to learn every aspect of commercial HVAC service and maintenance.

You'll Gain Hands-on Experience In

• Preventative maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems


• Fault finding and repairs


• Equipment upgrades and installations


• Working across commercial buildings and facilities throughout your region


• Using industry-standard tools, equipment and technology


• Applying safe work practices and building strong technical skills

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing support to help you become a qualified HVAC Service Technician.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine desire to learn.

Ideally, You'll Have

• Certificate II in Electrotechnology (or a similar qualification)


• A genuine interest in mechanical or technical work


• Enjoy working with tools and solving practical problems


• Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Good communication skills


• Current Australian Driver Licence

The Following Would Also Be Advantageous

• Experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC or another trade environment
