Seeley International is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to protect and grow its residential business across South Australia. You will manage dealer, wholesale and builder accounts from the Lonsdale operation, driving evaporative cooling, ducted gas heating and reverse cycle growth with regular collaboration across departments.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant HVAC industry experience.
• Proven track record managing dealer/wholesale/builder relationships.
• Knowledge of evaporative cooling and ducted gas heating is highly regarded.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed sales and gross margin targets across dealer, wholesale and builder accounts.
• Execute structured account plans and call cycles to strengthen key relationships.
• Identify and appoint new dealers, wholesalers and builders to expand distribution.
• Drive growth of reverse cycle product ranges across channels.
• Provide product training and customer education to dealers and trade partners.
