Job summary

GTS – High Voltage Specialists in Australia seeks an experienced HV Electrical Supervisor to lead crews across shutdowns, maintenance, testing and fault-finding on HV equipment. This hands-on role covers the Perth to Newman corridor on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off roster, coordinating safety, quality and client relationships.

You will mentor tradespeople and apprentices, supervise subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining GTS's reputation in mining,

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical industry.
• Previous supervisory experience leading tradespeople and apprentices.
• Schedule 26 Electrical Supervisor requirements.
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

At GTS, we're looking for an experienced HV Electrical Supervisor with S26 to lead our crews across shutdowns, maintenance, commissioning, testing, and fault-finding activities on HV electrical equipment.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can support their team, build strong client relationships, maintain high safety standards and still jump in when the job requires technical expertise.

What does the role look like?

Working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster between Perth and Newman, you'll be responsible for:
