Job summary

Tasman Power is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our Major Projects & Shutdown workforce across mine sites in Western Australia. You will lead electrical crews, deliver construction, project and shutdown works, and ensure safety and quality on site.

This role offers ongoing opportunities, competitive rates, and a rolling scheduling of FIFO rosters with travel paid. Join a professional, safety-focused team and progress within our growing Major Projects & Shutdown teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the mining and resources sector, particularly on construction projects.
• Strong technical and general construction knowledge.
• Schedule 26 – relevant modules completed and exam passed.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and company values.
• Current WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
• Working at Heights certification.
• Current First Aid, including LVR/CPR completed within the last 12 months.
• Valid WA C Class or HR Driver’s Licence.
• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews and deliver construction, project and shutdown works for mining sites.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance across all operations.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 clients and manage rosters for FIFO/site-based work.
• Contribute to the training and upskilling of team members.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our ongoing Major Projects & Shutdown workforce across a range of mine sites in Western Australia.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the mining and resources sector, particularly on construction projects
