Job summary

GTS is seeking an experienced HV Electrical Supervisor to lead crews across shutdowns, maintenance and commissioning of high‑voltage equipment in WA. This hands‑on role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage relationships with clients and tradespeople while delivering high standards.

The role entails working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster between Perth and Newman, coordinating HV testing, fault finding and commissioning activities with a capable team, and

Qualifications

• HV industry experience with at least 5 years in electrical works.
• Previous supervisory experience leading tradespeople and apprentices.
• Schedule 26 Electrical Supervisor requirements.
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV technicians and site crews across shutdowns and maintenance.
• Support testing, commissioning and fault-finding on HV equipment.
• Manage day-to-day site works and ensure quality outcomes.
• Build client relationships and uphold safety standards.
• Coach tradespeople and apprentices; supervise subcontractors when needed.
• Ensure safe, efficient delivery of jobs to high client standards.
