The role requires proven HV site experience, strong contractor management and the ability to coordinate electrical, civil and commissioning activities while monitoring safety, quality and progress against milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on HV electrical construction sites.
• Background in HV infrastructure, substations or grid connections.
• Experience coordinating electrical installation and construction activities.
• Strong contractor and subcontractor management skills.
• Understanding HV construction safety, quality and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HV electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate HV cabling, transformer installation and associated works.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and site delivery teams.
• Coordinate electrical, civil and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress, safety, quality and schedules.
• Manage contractor variations, claims and site issues.
• Work closely with Project Managers and engineers to achieve project milestones.
