The role requires proven site management experience on large-scale projects, strong HV electrical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale civil/electrical projects.
• Strong background in high‑voltage electrical works and grid connection.
• Experience coordinating EPC contractors and subcontractors on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-voltage cable burial and grid connection works, ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to maintain WHS compliance.
• Liaise with engineering teams, EPC contractors, and client representatives.
• Drive productivity and problem-solving to keep the project moving smoothly.
• Maintain accurate site records and compliance documentation.
