IKG Talent is seeking a Site Manager for a major data centre project near Melbourne. You will lead the delivery of HV cable burial and electrical infrastructure, supervise the EPC contractor, and manage on-site operations to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality execution.

The role requires proven site management experience on large-scale projects, strong HV electrical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale civil/electrical projects.
• Strong background in high‑voltage electrical works and grid connection.
• Experience coordinating EPC contractors and subcontractors on complex projects.

• Oversee high-voltage cable burial and grid connection works, ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
