Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Melbourne is seeking a Project Manager - HV Infrastructure to lead high‑voltage data centre delivery across Australia. You will manage HV packages from design through energisation, coordinating HV EPC contractors and interfaces with project directors, grid connections, and engineering teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8 years of HV infrastructure experience, with strong programme, cost, risk, and contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive HV infrastructure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage HV infrastructure projects from ECI/design to EPC execution and energisation.
• Maintain detailed schedules and track milestones across engineering, procurement and construction.
• Track scope, programme, cost, risk, quality and changes; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate delivery of substations, HV cables/lines, transformers, switchgear and BESS.
• Support procurement and manage HV EPC contractors and partners.
• Monitor EPC performance against programme, cost, quality and obligations.
• Work with Principal Engineer to integrate technical requirements into EPC design.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and energisation programs.
• Promote a strong safety culture across HV project activities.
• Prepare clear project reporting on programme, cost, risk and delivery status.
