Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience delivering primary design solutions in HV/EHV.
• Understanding HV/EHV substation design principles.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Registration progress toward professional status.

Responsibilities

• Prepare primary design deliverables for HV and EHV projects.
• Develop substation layouts and equipment arrangements.
• Produce technical specifications and support equipment selection.
• Contribute to design across concept, preliminary and detailed design phases.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Support construction and commissioning and problem solving.
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance throughout delivery.
